Since 2004, I have been dedicated to improving the health and wellness of my patients through clinically focused massage therapy. My practice centers on pain management, injury recovery, stress reduction, and deep relaxation, helping individuals move better, feel better, and function at their best.

My work giving massage allows me to help feel calmer, lighter, and more balanced - something I consider both a gift and a privilege.
