Hi, I’m Melissa! As an active person and competitive bodybuilder, I know how important it is to keep your body in top shape so you can continue to push yourself and do what you love each and every day. Although pushing yourself is the fun part, one of the most important parts of any activity or sport is recovery. Massage therapy can provide great benefits in how the body feels and performs, which is why I love what I do because I get to help people feel their best to continue whatever activities they enjoy.

When it comes to treatment, my approach is to work with you and your individual needs in order to develop short-term and long-term goals tailored to you. I like to think of every treatment as a team effort to ensure you leave feeling better than you did when you walked in. Whenever possible, I also like to provide exercises or recommendations for your lifestyle that you can do outside of the treatment room to keep you feeling your best and help you maintain your body’s progress between sessions.

I am always excited to work with new patients and look forward to helping you reach your recovery goals!

Hi, I’m Madison! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (December 2022). I’ve been practicing since May 2023, and I truly love what I do.

I’ve always been interested in the human body and knew I wanted to work in healthcare, so massage therapy felt like a natural fit for me. One of my favourite parts of being an RMT is helping people feel their best—whether that means reducing stress, easing tension, or supporting recovery.

What to Expect During my Treatments

My treatment style is very personalized and collaborative. I use a blend of techniques including deep tissue, Swedish massage, PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching is an active form of stretching where we gently contract and relax muscles to help improve flexibility, reduce tension, and increase range of motion, it’s especially helpful for tight or restricted areas.

I’ll always work with you to find the right approach based on your comfort level and goals. You can expect a combination of light to deep pressure depending on your needs. I like to focus on those stubborn areas using targeted pressure point work, while also incorporating smooth, flowing techniques to help you relax and unwind.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling better, more at ease, and supported in your overall wellness.

Outside the Clinic

I enjoy staying active through fitness, spending time outdoors—especially camping—and recharging at home. Whether I’m out exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, I value balance, which is something I also try to bring into my treatments.

Hi, I’m Julia! My approach to treatment is gentle, calming, and deeply therapeutic. I specialize in light-pressure work that supports your body’s natural ability to rest, recover, and heal.

What to Expect During my Treatments

My treatments typically begin at the feet and gradually work their way up, allowing your nervous system to settle and shift into a more relaxed, parasympathetic state. While I always focus on your specific concerns, my goal is to create a full-body experience that helps you slow down, reset, and feel truly supported.

I’m passionate about showing that effective treatment doesn’t have to mean deep pressure. Using a thoughtful blend of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Active Release Techniques, and Swedish massage, I’m able to provide results-oriented care that is both gentle and highly effective.

I am also a Dr. Vodder–trained therapist at the highest level in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This specialized training allows me to support clients experiencing swelling, as well as those recovering from surgery. I also work with conditions such as TMJ dysfunction, neurological conditions, and I provide trauma-informed care, ensuring treatments feel safe, respectful, and tailored to your comfort at all times.

If you’re looking for a treatment that’s deeply relaxing, restorative, and still clinically effective, I’d love to work with you.

Outside of the Clinic I find balance through yoga and cherish quality time spent with my son.
